I call do-over. I have come to the conclusion that Visalus shakes are not my cup of tea.

I often feel bloated, tired, crappy, and there is no movement anywhere….ANYWHERE….

Obviously soy based protein shakes are NOT complementary to my body chemistry. So…Ian and I are going caveman.

I have a feeling I’m not going to be able to go 100% Paleo…but I sure as hell can cut out the processed wheat, grain, pasta etc products and do my best to stick to natural foods. Most Paleo plans say no dairy…but I’m going to have a hell of a time giving up my little bits of cheese completely. Especially since I’m not keen on yogurts…ANY yogurts. And butter. Some say bad bad…some say tolerable but in very small increments. I can cut down I’m sure. I don’t agree with no bacon tho..I like bacon…I’ll keep having bacon every now and then.

So…Square one…week 3.
