I realize that it’s been far too long since either of us have updated our blogs. I won’t bother to dispense with the bullshit excuses and “we are BUSY!” reasoning. Summer and life are like that. Getting A Good Drunk On

So, there I was sitting at my parents place Sunday last, and I came to the conclusion that I should walk home, rather than drive. My weather radar showed that I had roughly 90 minutes before the rain showers would hit our little area of the world. I pronounced to the family, “I am going to walk home”. They stared at me, and wanted to see if I’d been drinking or something. You see, since the day I turned 16 (driving age here in Ontario, Canada) there have been so few times that I would actually walk anywhere. Self Experimentation or stop being so damn polite

OK, we’ve been on this Paleo schtick for a while, and while I have not been dropping bucket loads of weight, I HAVE been feeling much better and my body is “normalizing” as it where. Much like many of you other Paleo/Primal folks out there I was faced with corporate lunch with clients and forgot to tell the folks responsible for the nosh that I shouldn’t be touching the grains. So, some rather lovely panini’s arrived and like a polite and starving little soul I am, I partook in the company provided lunch. Two days later and I ALMOST feel somewhat normal. Another reason to wear Vibrams

{EAV:017379cd556e7b1b} OK, another shameless endorsment by me for Vibrams. For approximately two or three weeks I’ve been wearing my new Vibram barefoot shoes just about everywhere.                         Well, today I had to keep the Vibrams at home in order and opt for my more conventional (and social acceptable in the Business Sector) footwear so I laced up my Nike Shox. I almost regret it. My knees, ankles, and hips are down right painful. I know damn good and well thanks to the funky wear pattern on my Nikes, my gait was off and is resulting in pain. So, back
